HOW WE GOT STARTED
With a background in Business Administration, Environmental Public Health, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Federal and State Pest Management, Botany, Chemical Safety Procedures, Right-of-Way Herbicides, and Roof Maintenance, we began our business in 2004 as a low-pressure (soft wash) roof cleaning company, operating under the motto: "We clean all roofs as if they were our own; no shortcuts." However, after one year in business, we became dissatisfied with the results of low-pressure roof cleaning, due to issues such as damaged roof shingle granules and water intrusion into unintended areas. Consequently, we decided to discontinue our roof-washing service and repurpose over $70,000 worth of low-pressure roof-cleaning equipment exclusively for concrete cleaning. During a two-year pause in our roof-cleaning service, we developed a safe, environmentally friendly solution: 100% No-Pressure Roof Cleaning Treatment. Our innovative solution can meticulously remove algae, mold, moss, and lichen from roof shingles without causing any damage. Our background guided this development, including advice from a shingle manufacturer, a college, and various government agencies.
Safety is also one of our primary focuses, so we established a strict safety system that allows roof cleaning without walking on the roof for most residential properties. Our 100% No-Pressure washing chemicals do all the work. We also designed an exterior building cleaning system that operates at 100% No-Pressure. Furthermore, we have created a Chemical Waste Recycling System to protect the environment.
