● Competitor MUST NOT be a pressure washing service that utilize ANY amount of pressure (no soft wash roof cleaning, no low pressure roof cleaning, no shower on/shower off roof cleaning, no pressure washing roof cleaning, no power washing roof cleaning, no simple bleach roof cleaning, etc.) to remove gloeocapsa magma or any other infestation from the roof shingles.
● Competitor's proposal must be within 3 days
● Property owner must be able to provide the proposal for verification along with the company's name, address and phone number
● Competitor must be rated equal with the Better Business Bureau
● Competitor must be rated equal with Angie's List
● Competitor must be licensed by the State of Virginia (City Business License does not qualify as State License)
● Competitor must have General Liability Insurance (verification required)
● Competitor must have Workers Compensation Insurance (verification required)
● Competitor must have Commercial Insurance (verification required)
● Competitor must provide same Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning Treatment, same Roof Cleaning Waste Procedures, same Safety Procedures and same Warranty (verification required)
